Had my car serviced this morning and the whole experience was fantastic - the initial booking via online chat was followed up with a prompt confirmation, all emails were responded to promptly, I was greeted with happy and friendly staff upon arrival, and the service cost exactly as promised. Great work to everyone involved! With my old car, I would 'shop around' when it was due for a service, but I would have no hesitation coming back here for the next (and all future) services.
